Villa Amita sits in leafy Kerobokan, an easy, short drive to Canggu’s beaches and cafes, so you get calm country vibes with surf-town access. The grounds show a big lawn and a long swimming pool framed by deck chairs and a thatched gazebo, giving you space to spread out and actually relax without bumping into other guests.

Inside and out the place feels like a family-friendly luxury rental built for group holidays, with tall glass walls, wooden pavilions and shaded corners to disappear into; it’s exactly the kind of spot you tell your friends about.

The villa has seven air-conditioned bedrooms. Four guest rooms are in the two-level, bedroom pavilion. All four bedrooms have 2 double beds and 1 single bed. The ground level bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool. Two master bedrooms, in individual pavilions, have queen-sized beds. These bedrooms open out to the terraced garden. Another bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms with rain showers. Some of these bedrooms, though, also have free-standing bathtubs.

The focal point of the sprawling garden’s well-maintained lawn is the 25-meter swimming pool. Dive into its alluring, glassy waters for your routine laps. For a breather, you can laze on cushioned, wooden pool beds partially covered by large umbrellas on the poolside wooden deck. Or, relax on the wide mattresses under the shade of the bale at one end of the swimming pool.

At the villa’s sunny, high-ceilinged and grand main pavilion is the living area with its large and long sofas. Here, you can all gather for engaging conversation. On the other half of this main pavilion is the dining area. On its long, timber wood table for 16, you can all indulge in authentic Balinese cuisine – as well as Western staples – dished out by the onsite chef from the villa’s professional kitchen. On the ground floor of the villa’s grand, two-level bedroom pavilion is a semi-open, spacious and airy common area with sitting set ups and a billiards table where you can compete for a lion’s share of the bragging rights.

In charge of carrying out the services of the villa is a staff composed of a personal guest assistant, a chef, a pool attendant, a gardener, a babysitter as well as housekeepers and security personnel. The chef’s services come with a separate charge however. Bike and car rentals are available.

Kerobokan places Villa Amita a short drive from Canggu’s best bits, so you can be on the sand or at a beach club in minutes while staying somewhere quiet. Nearby highlights include Echo Beach, Batu Bolong for cafes and surf, and the popular Finns Beach Club, all great for day trips and easy to reach.

If you want culture or sunset spots, a short drive will get you to Tanah Lot and local markets, so the villa makes a great base for families and groups who want both a private luxury garden and quick access to Canggu’s restaurants and nightlife.
