Villa Amara

About this Villa

Villa Amara is a refined 4-bedroom designer villa nestled within Dharma Residence, Umalas–Berawa, one of the area’s most exclusive gated communities, offering 24/7 security, premium neighboring villas, and a serene environment. Designed and built by CËLŌ Studio, known for delivering European-level craftsmanship in Bali, this is far from a typical rental villa. Every element from spatial proportions to material finishes has been thoughtfully curated to deliver exceptional quality, comfort, and long-lasting durability rarely seen on the island.

All four bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to provide a balance of privacy, comfort, and versatility, each featuring air conditioning, generous storage, and flexible bedding options. The master bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and its own private balcony. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms are interconnected, making them especially convenient for families, while the ground-floor bedroom offers greater independence with a walk-in closet and a private ensuite. Blackout curtains are installed in every room to ensure a comfortable and restful sleep.

The outdoor area is designed with simplicity and comfort in mind, offering a relaxed space to unwind. At its center is a private swimming pool with a shallow section, perfect for children or for enjoying a more laid-back soak. The pool is framed by a wooden deck, complete with a shaded lounge area and large umbrellas to keep you comfortable throughout the day. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden and set within a quiet residential setting, the space feels both private and inviting, ideal for slow mornings, afternoon breaks, or casual evenings with friends and family.

The villa presents a sophisticated architectural style defined by high ceilings, clean lines, and a fully enclosed, air-conditioned living area bathed in natural light. Expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open seamlessly to the outdoors, leading to a private turquoise pool, a solid wood terrace, and lush tropical greenery that together create a serene and immersive setting.

Inside, the space is thoughtfully arranged to balance comfort and practicality, with a Smart TV, spacious seating, and a solid teak dining table as the centerpiece. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality modern appliances, designed for everyday use as much as for visual appeal. The open-plan layout enhances the natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, making it ideal for both relaxed day-to-day living and hosting guests.

You can expect reliable service that keeps your stay smooth and comfortable. The housekeeping team maintains the villa daily, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your time. The Villa Finder Concierge team is ready to support you with any additional needs, from airport transfers and car rentals to booking activities and excursions. They help ensure that your stay in Kerobokan is well-organized and enjoyable, making it an easy and pleasant experience for families and groups.

Tucked within a quiet private enclave inside Dharma Residence, Umalas, Villa Amara offers a rare balance in Bali, complete privacy and tranquility, paired with effortless access to the island’s most vibrant lifestyle destinations. Berawa Beach and Finns Beach Club are both under 10 minutes away, while 7AM Bakers Umalas and nearby padel and tennis facilities are within walking distance. The villa also enjoys easy access to Canggu, along with a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, and lifestyle hotspots.
