Villa Samalas

About this Villa

Villa Samalas sits in a lively corner of Canggu where the vibe is relaxed but the coffee game is strong, so it’s an easy pick for a family holiday that mixes beach time with lazy pool afternoons; the house reads modern-meets-Balinese with warm timber, white brick and generous glass doors. The place feels like a comfy luxury rental with thoughtful touches and enough room to spread out, making it a top choice if you want a calm base during a busy Canggu stay.
Step outside and you’ll notice a neat lawn and a compact private pool that’s perfect for cooling off after surf or shopping, and the garden gives a sense of privacy that’s rare this close to town.

Villa Samalas has four bedrooms spread across the single-level layout, each decorated in natural woods, woven textures and crisp linens that read like a holiday postcard; the rooms feel airy, with large doors bringing in light and a gentle breeze. One bedroom opens directly to the pool area which is great for swimmers, and the soft palettes and tidy wardrobes add a calm, organised feel to every stay, with 4 bedrooms offering flexible sleeping for families and groups.
There’s a dedicated kids’ room with a sturdy bunk bed, a practical wardrobe and good airflow, so parents can relax knowing little ones have their own space while adults enjoy quieter corners.

The yard is compact but cleverly laid out with a rectangular pool framed by simple stone steps and a short green lawn, which makes it ideal for play, sunbathing and casual alfresco lounging; the surrounding planting gives a private, tropical pocket feel. Two loungers sit beside the water for slow afternoons, and the raised veranda is perfect for watching kids splash or for stepping out with a morning coffee and a view of the garden.
This outdoor setup is genuinely family-friendly, making it easy to enjoy a balmy Canggu day without fuss, and the layout feels like a mini private retreat with a neat swimming pool and tidy lawn space.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is bright and airy, anchored by a large wooden table and plush sofas beneath a cluster of woven pendant lights, creating a social hub that’s ideal for group meals and movie nights; the big windows put the garden on display and make the space feel connected to the outdoors. The kitchen area is practical with wooden cabinetry and countertop space for simple meal prep, a fridge and handy appliances that support easy self-catering, so you’ll feel at home whether you’re making breakfast or reheating takeout.
Comfort comes standard with cooling units and streaming-ready TV, and the open-plan and enclosed living layout plus a fully equipped kitchen keeps everyone together.

Villa Samalas comes with reliable daily housekeeping included, so you can relax while the team keeps towels fresh and the common areas tidy; beds are made and the place stays guest-ready during your stay. House rules are clear — no smoking inside — and practical comforts like good Wi‑Fi mean remote check-ins or streaming evenings are trouble-free, and the property is geared towards family rental needs with the bunk arrangement and easy living spaces.
